Mt Albert Grammar School
This school carries its proud traditions on its buildings thanks to new Honours Boards. Self-adhesive Honours Board graphics were designed and the self-adhesive vinyl was digitally printed and die cut. Graphics are then applied to the face of the boards. Gold leaf Honours Boards panels were fully refurbished.
Each panel was taken back to bare wood, sealed and varnished. The individual names were handwritten, gilded with the gold leaf and finished off with a black outline. Once completed, they were sealed with clear varnish to protect the work.
